Inta Juice Loveland 29th

This restaurant is not my top choice. They advertise themselves as healthy, but most of their offerings are sherbet-based, which is not actually very healthy. The only truly healthy option seems to be the smoothie shots, but unfortunately they are often poorly made. Overall, there are not many great smoothie choices here, unless you are not looking for a healthy option and just want something cold.

That is my second time that I go into the juice and it was a much worse experience than the first. the inner of the place was a chaos and the young who worked there did not use the half of the time gloves. I was just trying to go, but I really wanted to get the order I bought so I waited and it was terrible. how terrible. it tasted nothing like what I ordered. it was watery. it wasn't even very cool and they weren't crushed as I asked. I threw it away.

The smoothies are always delicious. the adjustment process could be tightened (both in the menu and in the kitchen), and the menu card could not scream at them when it makes noise. it makes me fear every time. the personal is always friendly and happy to work with them. better lids would be nice! I always have with smoothie over my hand and my car more than once.

My friend and I were visiting your establishment for the first time ever today, and were very mistreated by your staff girl there. She abruptly intervened on the speaker with the touch screen as we were trying to order our items, not knowing how to properly go about it in the first place, only to have her tell us very rudely that we need to hurry up or get out of the line because there were other cars behind us. This is unacceptable customer service, and it doesn't matter if you are short-staffed and the only one working in the business at the time with a line either... As a employee of an establishment you represent, also at a drive-thru, you should know that people are willing to let others take their time to make an order, especially when it comes to using a touchscreen, that you also have to access outside your vehicle window. She was just very snarky, and one of those people that makes it seem like if you don't enjoy your job, you don't have to work there. Poor customer service is what ruins reputations of businesses, once said interactions leave marks, that are then spread by word of mouth. Just saying, very disappointing and disgusting attitude. Major fail.
