Love the Inglenook. Rod and his staff are great hosts. My favorite are the sliders... they are over the top GOOD. Fresh salad with their homemade salad dressing, cracked pepper parmesan. I am getting hungry just typing this. Will need to stop by very soon. View all feedback.
What Miles Thompson doesn't like about Inglenook:
Overall expensive for the experience. Lobster ravioli was bland swimming in sauce. Not to mention extremely small plate, small ravioli and small chunks of lobster for $20, and doesnt include salad. Happy hour not happy. Smallest martini glass in town, tasted watered down. Wine filed a 1/4 of a glass Will not be recommending or going back. View all feedback.

Ambiance was nice, quiet. Service was very good. My seafood bisque portion was small and overpriced, containing 3 4 shrimp, a scallop, with tiny lobster bits floating in the sauce. My wife's encrusted salmon was fairly sized, but also overpriced. Both entries did not include salad and the green vegetable side was scant. I found it incredulous that bread was not served with the meal as with most restaurants. For the money it's just o.k.
Atmosphere was great. This place has been around for 10 years yet we did not know about it. Up scale yet a modest price for what you get. The Penne Tuscanny was great the Filet Beef was cooked to perfection. The Caesar Salad had an oil base dressing and was different but excellent non the less. The wine list was very good but the Port selection was poor!!! Overall I will return for dinner!!!!!!

This place is incredible! Relaxed up class atmosphere, well chosen wine selection and competes for the best food in northern Colorado. The Gambas al Ajillo (a shrimp appetizer) is worth going back for alone. Service was spot on and the owner welcomed every one I saw come through the door.
