Arby's - Loveland

While I've always thought Arby's was okay for a quick bite to eat, it was never a must stop place for me. Now that I just tried their Big Juicy Bacon Cheeseburger, I'll have to make it a point to stop there a little more often! It really surprised me with just how GOOD it was! It's rare to see, but the burger actually LOOKED just like what you see on the ads for it, and the taste matched the looks! While I don't consider myself to be a true burger aficionado, this one matched just about ANY fast food burger I've ever enjoyed, even in most restaurants! AT Arby's! I KNOW!!! Surprised the hell out of me! I'll go back soon, just to make sure the first one wasn't a fluke, but it looks to now be another place here in Loveland to put on my regular meal stops!

Wow just wow you guys are bad the one girl in there working and all the fat employees stand around and don't do anything except joke around with each other and talk about there customers not to mention they over cooked my jalapeño bites and under cooked my chicken sandwich i will never be returning to this Arby's

Jason at the front counter was friendly, enjoyable, made eye contact, and very helpful!

They brought back the Potato Cakes. Arby's, seriously please keep these on the menu. Mixed with Horsey Sauce. Deeeeeelicious!

Very rude and regard to patrons or community. Unfortunately had to park there over night waiting on a reasonable tow well by the following morning with my wife jessica sitting in the truck waiting on me to return to help move the vehicle. The manager and her lead already had another tow company actually hooking up to our vehicle wife inside and all no making contact before and lied to the company saying they had warned us “signs are posted but when life hits those are things unintentionally not seen” to include. The property owner had given No written permission to contact and tow our vehicle whatsoever. Then to add the manager and her lead both were screaming at my wife to vacate our vehicle that it must and will be towed then calls police and waste their time for them to tell Arby’s was in the wrong and sent the tow truck away and made them unhook before hand. Finally to make it complete as we were working getting moved they call the police a second time to request we be trespassed. My wife has a TBI and these people were disrespectfully threatening her and cornering her outing her in serious danger of seizures and a severe stroke. I would like to see something good come of this like sensitivity training maybe some new team leads and managers if necessary I don’t feel the ones currently have the experience or skills needed to be great leaders of the Arby’s business franchise or even leaders in our communities.
