For those of you who do not know what this is, it is basically grilled vegetables baked with sunflower oil. Our guide recommended it as it is a very popular dish. It was very tasteful! Very recommended, especially for vegetarians. The ambience is similar to a brewhouse in Germany. It is a beautiful place to drink a beer and enjoy an authentic Bulgarian meal!

It deserves the 5 stars. The place has everything: good food (healthy even, friendly staff, actual history and history. There is a balcony, an indoor salon and an outdoor terrace overlooking the Osam River. It is conveniently located in the center (more or less). They offer a lunch menu and a standard menu. There are homemade lemonades that are not listed, but I would recommend them because they are very balanced in taste (not too sweet Remember to refuse the straw (in contrast to me, I forgot the come by default... Very prised, very affordable.

I just want to check if there's something from the original spirit of the place. it became the most famous place at the beginning of the century with the good service and delicious food. even after more than 100 years after opening and nationalization, the service looks like the service is still so good and the food is still so delicious.
