We are regular customers of this restaurant that has never disappointed us. a charming, discreet and smiling welcome, an extraordinary cuisine. an extraordinary... read more We are regular customers of this restaurant that has never disappointed us. a charming, discreet and smiling welcome, an extraordinary cuisine. an extraordinary cuisine because fine and well-controlled, just quantities (we can't wait for a restaurant of this class of gargantues, I prefer a thousand times the quality to the quantity)A quality meat...a good juice...Ice vegetables... original weddings( calf rib to nectarines, fish with pink grapefruit and so many others)!. the owner in the room, the owner in the kitchen and you have made the tour of the team, this family side gives all its charm to the restaurant! a surprise to concoct for a birthday, caroline is a pleasure to become an accomplice. for my meal yesterday, I had the pleasure of tasting a swim of shrubs with a great harmony of flavors, a thigh of deliciously confite duck accompanied by coconut beans. a big big up for dessert: this macaron with salty caramel moss was simply magical! when you see comments previously read, so sometimes you wait... normal with a small team and it's a price to get a quality dish (if the cook was just opening up empty dishes, it would certainly go faster!) and then I think that when we go to the restaurant, we are to enjoy it otherwise I prefer to eat at home!So a advice will not hesitate to discover this beautiful table,
