We visited often for lunch and always found a table and most of the time friendly staff. One Saturday evening, late, we tried for a table for a large group and were note successful and we left as there is no bar or waiting area, and we were told that the waiting time was close to 130-2 hours. On that particular Saturday there was live entertainment. It specializes in Espetadas a Madeirense.
