Restaurante O Júlio - Loureiro

Had drinks last night and dinner here. the food was made to house, excellent and plentiful. the staff was very helpful and accommodating. we'll be back soon!

We live near gouveia and wanted to taste other restaurants. we asked a native and were directed at o juilos. ok it was raining and we were eating the only customers, but had different suppening one was good the other was bland, we were...served with partly reheated, boiled kartoffels and fried liver, can not get much cheaper, but was ok if easily over pfeffer amount fat/oil and nothing else. we no longer wanted to stay for dessert or coffee. we were charged and everything was added. appetisers were not used, were not added to the menu, but were added to the bill! I regularly eat significantly better for less than half this cost! this will not be added to my regular list of restaurants!

This place is in the middle of the city. menu was quite small, but had some nice local dishes to choose from. the service was in order, although the waiter at the beginning was very grim. eating took a little to prepare, but nothing dramatic. the food itself was good, but nothing unforgettable. value for money was ok to per person. I wouldn't mind going back, but I wouldn't try to get out of this.
