Matsuri (curridabat)

Quiet atmosphere with austere decoration but in keeping with the theme of the place, which I really liked as there is not as much visual pollution as I have experienced in other places. Located inside the shopping center but with tables and chairs in the hallway facing the outside of the establishment. They have a wide variety of dishes, in the case of sushi we didn't know which one to choose since the variety was very wide, in terms of prices it is neither cheap nor expensive, I would say it was fair. Excellent for people with limited mobility since it is located near the parking lot.

Good drink specials and service. Sashimi was pretty not good though.

The place is very nice, the atmosphere and decoration are nice. A lot of variety, which is incredible because it allows you to review and try a greater variety of sushi compared to other places. The sushi rolls were delicious, as were the sashimi and nigiri. We ordered a plate that came with several types of rolls, along with sashimi and nigiri and was served in a Japanese bridge design. The heavy sashimi felt super fresh and pleasant to eat and along with very good soy sauce, it was the first time I had tried sashimi so I was rather surprised by how soft the fish was and that the flavor was not so strong. In the nigiri, the Macarela sushi that you see in the photo, the silver skin did have a very strong flavor, if you are not used to it, it is good to know. The sushi rolls were the perfect size! They fit well in the mouth and you can enjoy the combination of flavors. They were simply delicious because of the combination. The drinks were also very delicious, not only are they on the menu, but the waitress also recommends them, and there are many details about the menu so I can say that I felt that the attention on the part of the waitress was excellent.

Good sushi, good dessert, very sweet bourbon chicken almost inedible, very spicy teritaki chicken. Tables attached to the floor cannot move even 1 cm.
