With a slimmed down menu, and some fabulous new additions, and a revamped wine list, the Universal is unbeatable quality and value in authentic Portuguese food. We could not recommend this place more highly. Have the tempura prawns, clams and whole fish with salad and real, hand cut potato chips. it's all true Portuguese here the food, the patrons and the staff.
