Stayed here for a weekend in August. Nice, clean, suburban hotel with restaurants and shopping all around and easy access to I-265 and I-71. Common areas were clean. Nice, big lobby with a lot of seating and space for families or groups. We were in a 1 Bedroom 2 room Suite, 1 King, Sofa bed room, which gave the three of us plenty of space. The bedroom was spacious as well. Internet worked well. Plenty of free parking... View all feedback.
What Amber P doesn't like about The Bistro – Eat. Drink. Connect.:
The rooms were clean. The hot tub and the front sliding doors were broken, giving the hotel a slightly run-down feel. The pool hours are 10-10. With little kids, it would have been nice if we could have started the day with a swim. But, the staff we encountered were professional and kind. View all feedback.
I stayed at this hotel for the weekend and was disappointed with my experience. The pictures of the rooms online did not accurately reflect the reality. I had booked a private king suite, only to find out upon arrival that there were only 2 suites in the entire hotel. The room we were given was small and cramped, making it difficult for my son to move around freely. The TV and phone in the room did not work, and despite calling the front desk for assistance, nobody came to fix the issues. Additionally, I was told that breakfast was served until 10, but when I went down at 9:45, it had already closed. There was also an unpleasant odor in the room. Although the room was clean, it felt outdated. The bed was comfortable, but overall, I was disappointed with the misleading advertising and the room size.

After staying in the area for over a month and trying out four different properties, I decided to give this hotel a chance due to its proximity to nearby venues and shopping. The hotel's exterior and grounds were well-maintained, and I appreciated the touchless check-in process. However, upon entering my room, I was disappointed to find stained carpets, dirty linens, cigarette ashes on my towel, and a strong smell of cigarette smoke. The comforter had fresh dirt stains and a strong smell of perspiration. Despite these issues, I was able to find cleaner linens in the closet and opted not to request a room change. The paint was peeling off the ceiling, and the HVAC system was in need of maintenance, as it made a loud noise even when turned off. Unfortunately, maintenance services were not available after 5pm. Additionally, the in-room phone was so dirty that I had to clean it with sanitary wipes. If other hotels in the area were not fully booked, I would have chosen to leave. Prayerfully, the management will address these concerns promptly.
Booked room on Booking.com mainly for the hot tub which no longer exists. Not necessarily hotel’s fault but very disappointing. Hotel is run down and dingy which is our biggest complaint. One coffee packet in room, zero towels, coffee maker still had old grinds, and the carpet and sofa are very stained and disgusting in room. Breakfast is minimal and coffee was gone. King room is good size and bed was decent. We wouldn’t stay here again and are very disappointed at what we’re paying for what we’re getting.
