Chick-fil-a

Ordered ahead to be able to get to work on time and when I checked in my spot I waited for 15 minutes and no one came out to deliver my food. Went in to see if I could just grab it myself and I was ignored for a while until a guy finally pointed out I was standing there, I was pretty tired at that point and told the guy to get my refund but instead he just walked off and said I’ll be right back with it. Gave me my food but honestly very disappointed with the service I received today.

I’m always amazed at how efficiently Chick-fil-A gets customers their orders even when they’re really busy. The employees are always friendly and my order is almost always correct. Food is good. I usually go through the drive through but the restaurant is clean. Highly recommended.

The store is well managed, so it is comfortable. The food is also delicious. On Tuesdays, from 5 to 7:30 , there is a promotion where if you order an adult menu, the kids menu is free.

Placed a mobile pick up in store order, waited 10 minutes to even talk to someone. They acted confused when i told them the name for the order. I showed them a screenshot of the order as my husband placed it on his phone and I went to pick it up. I was told that it was not placed at the right location the so i went to my vehicle to put in the address on the screenshot and it was the location i was already at. I will be going out of my way not to visit this location again
