I come to this Starbucks everyday order the same drink for the past 5 weeks but yet it is constantly made wrong to the point that?s the service is declining rapidly at this location . I truly appreciate our local Starbucks. Rachel always makes my drink exactly how I like it, no matter how many customizations I ask for! The flavor is consistently fantastic every single time.
I waited around 20 minutes for my drink inside the restaurant, and to make things worse, my order was wrong. I noticed that other customers were waiting even longer, and some found out that their orders hadn't been placed at all. I remember when they used to offer gift cards or a free drink for delays like this, but that seems to be a thing of the past. Honestly, if I'm spending $6 or $7 on a drink, I expect better customer service.
My only concern was that the food could have been served hotter. I enjoyed the drink, but I think it would have been even better without the extra milk.
The Chai Tea Latte was amazing and paired wonderfully with the Banana Walnut Pecan Loaf.
Justin took my order, and I can always tell that my dining experience will be amazing when I hear his voice! His customer service is exceptional whenever he's working. He truly deserves a raise!
