Dockside Charlie's

I haven’t had it yet but we were fooled to think this was anything other than O Charlie’s. According to the rest of the reviews this may be exceptionally awful.

My food came on time, but my Crispy Combo wasn't crispy; it was cold... cold like it had been boxed the second I'd ordered it, 40 minutes prior to delivery, meaning it wasn't freshly made. The fish was so-so after a few in the air fryer (it crisped up at least), but the shrimp I had to eat as it was because everybody knows shrimp turns to rubber on the reheat. Slaw was flavorless and room temp... another tell-tale sign my bagged order had been sitting out for a while. Fries were not only cold, but pale and limp, so I had to air fry those just to get them done. Don't think I'll be ordering from here again.

? Uber eats rated this restaurant a 4.2 The catfish tenders would've been ok if they were crispy, fries were ok, but coleslaw was pretty warm. I ordered sweet tea and received unsweet, but no big deal I had Limeade in the fridge.

Husband tried to order from them twice through uber-eats, different times of the day and week and his order was cancelled each time. Either they are so busy they don't need more business or they are so mismanaged that I'm inclined to believe the terrible reviews. Either way they have lost our business because why be on uber eats if you don't want the business?? Whats the point?

Didn't get what I ordered for the 2nd of 4 times. No way to call and complain. If you use DoorDash, rate them and put that you didn't get what you ordered and write a real nastygram in the comments.
