Literally in the month of January if you can make a sale you should. Two people walked away. I get you have no “roller” on the clock but my suggestion would be to ensure everyone knows how to roll a pretzel or have them roll 5-10 prior to break so you don’t miss out on revenue. Sounds like owners and management need to come make some changes. I should have known based on the previous reviews. Guy at counter said I’m going to”good at customer service” I guess he misses the part of ensuring to make and close the sale.

Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Young lady taking orders was not helpful. Do you have regular pretzels? No. Are you going to have any more regular pretzels? No. Looked absolutely bored to be there. No difference to her if we bought anything or not!

The cinnamon sugar bites with icing SLAP. No issues or reasons for anything lower than a 5.

What more do children want with a visit to the outlets! Reward their patience with a pretzel from Auntie Annies!

What can I say, when you smell those fresh pretzels you just gotta have one! Grab some cheese sauce and you're good to go!!
