Subway - Louisville

I never come back here again. I have been in the car drive thru for 35 minutes! then they don't even have what I ordered- terrible customer service!

Was very slow, maybe train a team? about 20 minutes to have 3 sandwiches.

It is terrible and that was not a first! it ordered online. it did not salat, tomaten, pickles and cheese. it had only 1 fiber band of green pfeffer on one half of the foot length and minimal other ingredients. the small amount of thunfish was in the middle of the brotes and was not spread out so that 40% of the brotes only. Everything could fit on a hot dog bunker, not on a foot! it also costs 80 cent more than another underground 1.5 miles away. I spoke to a girl who used to work there and she's very rude. never again!

They place has messed up more that just one of our orders. I finally called today about them messing up once again and there is nothing they can do for me over the phone. Definitely won’t be using this location anymore. The protein bowls were pretty much empty.

Friendly, always clean, but always out of everything. Work by this store for over 10 years. Been there at 11:45 and they are out of HAM! Never have the Guacamole. Drink machine never works. No good chips, unless you like Lay's Original.
