Almost worth the high price. Superb service the best Caesar salad in town. I understand the need for seasoning to tenderize the meat; but, I thought the steak just a bit salty. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Steak Bourbon:
Service was slow; we waited 45 minutes for our second cocktail, despite asking about it twice. I ordered a 10 oz filet, but it seemed closer to 7 oz and was quite tough and gristly. The steak salad also had a lot of gristle. To top it off, the bill was very high—$300 for four people, with one person not having any drinks, two having two drinks each, and one having just one. Overall, I left feeling quite unimpressed. View all feedback.
Food overpriced for the serving size and steak was very poor quality
High expectations, but bad culinary experience. ribeye with steakfries was terrible. shoe leather quality . waitress was friendly but not attentive. Long waiting times between the curses, was said several times, they were busy, but eating would soon be out. Given the poor quality of my steaks, they should have kept it in the kitchen. every steak restaurant in the city would be a better choice.
This was my second time at steak and bourbon and much better than the first in terms of service. that eating is always great. beautiful that I returned for a better experience!
The food was delicious and the service was wonderful.
My filet was over cooked. the server agreed and offered me to get a new one, but I decided to keep the one I was served to wait for a new one. they gave us a free dessert that I thought was a nice recovery. noise level made it difficult to talk to our friends.
