Kroger Deli - Louisville

Kroger lost me as a fan during the pandemic. I feel like they used customers and the situation. Their prices immediately increased that the first week since ..I have other Kroger shops in the Louisville area everyone was better than the forest spring Kroger .. FS kroger on Lagrange road .... Their production section is the worst that they never have enough checkouts open .. they even close the self checkouts too much .. I was already often there when the lines were all the way down and I went out. It's not a good place overall.. I'm going out my way to meijer ..

I've been there before. All staff and kindness, and always available to help. Would definitely recommend this place for your food purchase!

Pickup here is the worst of my experience, very short staff. Two weekends in a row, my pickup time was moved at a later time/or the next day. You never send subs for approval. I think the business is from workers to be honest. The ones they have are great and helpful, we appreciate them. Please send Kroger help to Lagrange Rd Kroger

Awesome experience!! The workers that load your car are so friendly and nice. Very unique in today’s world. This time I also received everything on my list. That’s the first time in a long time. Very happy tonight

I recommend BUT also recommend the young lady doing put backs tonight 11/11 around 8pm wear her mask. Not have it dangling off her ear exposing her entire face. You guys have been doing well so remind employees to keep it up.
