Jersey Mike's Subs - Louisville

I really like Jersey Mikes so it is sad that I need to post this. This one has been going down hill for a while. Today was the last straw for me. The employees are rude and the food quality has become very poor. The lettuce was brown and slimy today and when I told the girl checking me out that it was not good to serve lettuce like that she said that 's not my fault . Yep, I 'm done.

Got the wrong sub. I asked for chipotle chicken and got something with beef. I didn't want them to trash it so I ate it. They didn't seem to be worried about the situation.
