Frisch's Big Boy Restaurant

Very disappointed. first, though some people looked at us when we waited to sit, it took a while until everyone took us to the ground. a simple thing that we would have been right with them would have been enough. then, when we sat, it took 15 minutes until I decide that it was time to go. we waited 15 minutes without a confirmation or a offer of a drink. when we decided to go and my man asked who our waitress was, said the person who sat us, she would get her. wow! I usually give people the advantage of the doubt, but that was extremely poor customer service. I would have understood if the restaurant was busy. that was not the case. I understand that there can be things a customer might be unconscious about. here too would be a simple recognition, drinks and one we will be with them as soon as possible would have done it for me.

Absolutely delicious burger, great service, clean facility! you have to stop here!

I stopped a quick lunch. the food was hot and came fast. the service was very helpful and friendly. would recommend it to everyone.

The food was great. The waitress was excellent. So much better than going to a typical fast food place for breakfast. Was driving thru the area from Ga......

Too many unavailable items on the menu. I wish they would bring back the Brawny Lad but they say they can't get the brown buns. It's the best onion rings in town. Not cheap food, but certainly not as expensive as most.
