Contribute Feedback What Bryan Channell doesn't like about Cold Stone Creamery:
Always liked this place and menu offerings, can’t even begin to say how many cakes we’ve purchased over the years. But I am done with this place after last night. Waited almost an hour with a single employee operating the store on a Friday night. Watched 3 door-dashers walk ahead of me an the employee fill their orders, pushing my wait time over an hour. This is not how you run a business or provide customer service.... View all feedback.
Waited 15 minutes at the counter while the employee sat in the back talking on her phone. She made eye contact with me several times, so I know that she saw me. I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but it wasn’t cool.

It feels weird to complain about this from an ice cream shop but when they put the ice cream on the stone it just started melting. I've had this before from other locations and it's typically nice and frozen when it's done mixing. By the time we got it it was more like soup
If you like melty ice cream and flies all around — this spot is for you.
I don’t think this location keeps their stone cold enough. Both times I’ve gone here, ice cream is soupy. Staff is nice, but doesn’t live up to the peppy, song-and-dance that Cold Stone is known for.
