I recommend avoiding this restaurant until they make improvements. They are skimping on meat, vegetables, and cheese while relying too heavily on filler ingredients like rice and beans. Despite tipping generously during the pandemic, I have been disappointed by the lack of value for the customer. I love this Chipotle! The staff is so friendly and accommodating, especially Ty. He does an excellent job maintaining a pleasant atmosphere and serving delicious food.
We frequently visit Chipotle, traveling from Kentucky, West Virginia, Tennessee, Ohio, Alabama, and Arkansas. This Hurstbourne location was the best! Every other location we've been to has either skimped on portions or undercooked the meat, but not here. I usually order the steak and it is always cooked perfectly. Keep up the great work, people!
I had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant! The staff was incredibly friendly, the food was delicious, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. After finishing our meal, I noticed a man meticulously cleaning and organizing the dining area during a busy Sunday afternoon. I complimented him on the wonderful experience we had, and he graciously thanked us, even pretending to be the owner or manager. This was truly one of the best dining experiences I've had at any Chipotle location. It's clear that they have a great team working here.
