Topper's Pizza Collingwood - Louisville

We ordered Topper 's tonight and were extremely disappointed!! We ordered 1 medium pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms and green pepper and a small with extra cheese, ham, pepperoni, italian sausage and bacon. When the delivery driver arrived he only had one medium pizza. We wondered where the other one was. Looks like the bag didn 't have the small pizza with it. Then we looked at the pizza that was brought to us and it was a BBQ chicken pizza with feta. Obviously, not the pizzas we ordered. The delivery driver said he would go back and get our correct pizzas, my friend asked if we could get a discount for the inconvenience and he said maybe. The delivery driver then came back with the correct pizzas, we asked about a discount and his response was you got a free pizza , we did not ask for this pizza nor do we like anything that is on that free pizza. What we wanted was our original order the first time. I do not think saying that we got a free pizza is a good enough response to this issue. I believe some kind of discount or credit would have been a little bit better. This is our second time ordering and being disappointed, I doubt we will be back. Driver brought wrong order, then brought cold correct order then told us the first wrong pizza, a speciality pizza no one wanted or eat, was our discount. Called store they pretty much said same thing. This is the second bad experience. Ordered many times from wasaga never an issue. My roommate made the stupid choice to try again. Pizza was soggy, cut horribly and took forever. Do not eat here Food: 1 Service: 1

Food was alright they advertise 11.95 large pizza but when you go inside they charge 14$ not a large difference but the 11$ is the only reason why we stopped had we known it was 14$ Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
