I wanted a very special cake for my little Momma's 83rd birthday…they did not disappoint…my Momma said ” it's too pretty to eat ” but the taste was even better..

Great products, but I ordered $500 in king cakes for shipping weeks before MG only to be informed on MG day that MINE were not going until Tuesday for Wed despite their selling king cakes in the store until then. No refund. Boycotted since. Poor planning vs greed.

Ordered a strawberry cake for coworkers only to find it was stale. Had the cake been dry, ok, you think maybe someone left it in the oven a little too long, easy mistake. A stale cake is a different story and still they put icing on it and sold it to someone, so I’ve wasted 50 dollars. This is the second cake I’ve purchased from here in two weeks, we were planning to try several of their cakes, but based on this situation I will not be returning.

I was so ready to pay the $150 for my daughter's birthday cake. But after calling 7 times and leaving messages I realized yall did not want my business. So I found someone else, who actually answered the phone n didn't put me on hold and then send to voice-mail. Improve yall service and find employees that actually want to work and not ignore calls!!!
