went in today and they had 100 cars in line. so i went inside, the employee was getting yelled at by customer over the long line (like they can control the amount of people who want PJs at once) she handled it professionally, then was super nice to me. even showed me a trick to get rid of my hiccups i had. great people and great coffee. Love me some PJ's! I enjoy their various coffee drinks far better than Starbucks and I've tried a lot of both. Always quick and courteous service
Drink was waaayyyyy too hott. Should be drinkable right when getting it. Milk burns after a certain temp and they obv don’t know that.
