On this day (Saturday just before Christmas), the team who worked the lunch shift was overwhelmed and understaffed. Facing an overflow of customers with standing room only in their dining area, as well as rude customers with no patience and over exaggerated complaints. Fries were okay. Burger wasn't. The buns were soggy mess, and the insides were black. The beef was cooked to death. Dry crispy and black. It was like crumbly styrofoam, And it was small and very thin. The bacon was also cooked too long, though it was still edible.
