What Brian Moore doesn't like about K.c S Place:
Three of us opted for the buffet while the other three ordered from the menu. We waited for 45 minutes just to receive our appetizers, and then had to wait an additional 1.5 hours for our main meals. The service was terrible. To top it off, our waitress followed us as we were leaving and yelled at us, presumably because she felt she deserved a better tip. I love the food at this restaurant. I always look forward to our weekly date nights so I can come here to eat!
The server completely ignored us as we waited for service. Even when my toddler was crying and we needed attention, they walked past us without a care. Eventually, we had no choice but to leave. Rating: Food 1, Service 1, Atmosphere 1.
I waited for at least an hour for my BLT, but was disappointed to find only one small, thin slice of tomato. The chips were cold and soggy, and the waitress argued with me over my soda which was not diet as she claimed. This was a disappointing experience for us as regular customers. Only one waitress was working on a Saturday night, and the service was not satisfactory. dine-in service.
What can I say about K.C. Place very great atmosphere calm relax, place great and friendly people. One of those cozy, homemade restaurants that you would want to take your family to every week. Lots of stuff to look at it on the walls. The decorations are excellent.. they even have a Buffay, which is awesome because they’ve been dying out since Covid. Service: Dine in
