Restaurant S-Kim-O - Louiseville

During our trip to Quebec City, we stopped in the small town of Louiseville, Quebec and decided to try out a chip stand. They offered burgers, hot dogs, French fries, and ices, all of which were delicious. My only disappointment was that the fries were not homemade, but instead the frozen type.

One of my fondest childhood memories is going to S-Kim-O for ice cream with my cousins, dancing, and hanging out. The soft serve ice cream was always delicious and creamy. In my opinion, they have the best soft serve ice cream. I always make sure to stop by for a sweet treat whenever I'm back home visiting.

Just a heads up, the restaurant is undergoing a rebranding. The current name and logo are offensive to indigenous peoples and it's about time for a change.

Excellente crème glacée. Excellent sorbet. En Mauricie, c'est probablement le meilleur endroit de mon point de vue.Accueil sympa. Pour le prix, ce n'est pas plus cher qu'ailleurs.

Super snack bar pour prendre une crème glacé en famille ou une bonne Poutine.Leur poutine BBQ est très probablement la meilleure au monde :) Un arrêt obligatoire si vous passez par Louiseville!
