Kc Deeyas - Louisburg

Had the nachos, and the cheese sauce was sooo amazing! The chips were also really good quality and held up well under the weight of the toppings. The even made one vegetarian even though it wasn't on the menu. The guy who I'm assuming was the owner was also really nice. Hopefully will have an opportunity to give them our business again.

Not impressed!! Gardner KS has a food trucks come in for a few hours and it sounded good to me! It was perfect timing since my family was home today and Last Day of School. We check out all of the food trucks menus before we decided and went with Kc Deeyas. Menu options looked great and ordered 2 different items. It wasn 't crazy busy but it took more than 30 mins to get our food. Some people waited longer than we did. As I watch a few people go up to the window to check on their food I began to think, did we make a bad decision ? The wait for a food truck was too long. The prices didn 't seem terrible but when you add sauces and guacamole it 's not worth it. The guacamole is not with $1.50 for a dollop. Yes, avocados are expensive and we buy them often, but you need good guacamole if you are go to charge top dollar. The food quality is also not there. Flavor is missing. Just not with it !

We hired KC Deeyas for a lunch event we were hosting. The food was delicious! Wide variety. They were ready to start right on time. Everything went like clockwork. Food was prepared quickly and portions were generous. I would highly recommend KC Deeyas for your next event!

We are fortunate to have a delicious food truck in such a small town. The food starts with tender and flavorful meat that would be great to eat on its own. However, there is much more. The menu has a little something for different tastes. The quesadillas pack a punch. The sauce is different so it's hard to describe but soooo good. I think that a BBQ truck and a taco truck smashed in to each other head on and this place is the beautiful result. Tacos are the bomb as well. Nachos are amazing in the mouth. You can't go wrong off this menu. Mac and cheese isn't just for the kids either.

I like this food truck. Not my favorite flavors and I wouldn't eat it all the time, but I do like it for a nice change up every once in awhile.
