However, after waiting over an hour with no delivery in sight, we began calling the store, but all we got was a busy signal for 45 minutes. Frustrated and wanting a refund, we drove to the location. When I spoke to John, who claimed to be the manager and was also the same person who started my order two hours prior, I was told that my order had been canceled. When I asked who canceled it, he insisted that I must have done it because he hadn’t. That didn’t make sense to me—I wouldn’t have shown up at the store around 9:30 PM if I had canceled my order. While I was talking to him, the manager rudely slammed the drive-thru window shut and walked away, leaving me frustrated. Their lobby doors were locked, so no one could enter the store. There is simply no excuse for such poor treatment, and there was zero effort to resolve what was clearly a mistake on their part, likely caused by the same employee I was dealing with. I cannot recommend this location to anyone. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant.
