Huckleberry's - LOUISA

I'm not someone who writes a bad review, but don't let the name fool you, because that's quite south you'll get from this place! there was no southern gas friendship, charm, and it was definitiw not to boil south! extremely salty hard meat, which was served for days in a warmer, although the salat was good, hamburger, who was still in the middle of raw. and threatened to be reported for that on the wrong side of the open END register. who would have thought.

The fries were good. That is really the only good thing I can say. We had the pulled chicken and pulled pork. The chicken was bland and dry. There was no type of seasoning at all. The bun was hard as a rock, and was inedible. The bun on the pork was just the opposite. It was mush. The waitress was nice, but was clueless. She was just very inexperienced. I would not go back.

Portions are big and service is good, but a little slow. I think it's just because they are short on help. I got the pulled pork and it was good. The sweet potato fries were a little greasy for my taste but overall everything was good.

Very delicious country cooking. I got the daily special which was fried steak, green beans and mashed potatoes. When I'm back down here to see family, huckleberrys will be a must do. Good job yall!
