What User doesn't like about Le Vieux Terroir:
an endless waiting, a waitress who spends his time discussing but not to serve....unchalling, unpleasant, a waitress excited, speaking on a tone limit autain and the kitchen .rien did not arrive hot fades dishes, skewers without sauce, steam cooked vegetables not seasoned frozen frozen leap. Nice fried fish for dinner. Not the lightest option but a nice dinner. Ice creams were all very good.
This is our local restaurant and we have visited on a few occasions now, most recently with a large family group. Our waiter is very friendly and spoke good English to help our family make their choices, even though he apologised for a more limited menu we were able to find something suitable for us. We sat outside on the terrace for the meal and found it to be a lovely location for lunch. All our meals were beautifully presented and delicious. I would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant at any time of year, it's cosy in winter and the terrace is lovely in summer.
We stopped here on the Eurovelo6 (1 km off the route)to have lunch and get off the beaten track. The menu de jour was outstanding and the host charming. This was a wonderful find and highly recommend to any travellers whether on the Eurovelo6 or just in the region. A .
We went to this restaurant for a birthday, we spent a horrible moment already from the infernal waiting, more than 1h30 waiting for frying and a burger while the restaurant was half full. Then once our dishes finally arrived, the baking of the burger that I asked for was raw! So I ask the waitress if it is possible to leather again one can, she returns it in the kitchen, then after long minutes of waiting she brings it back to me again raw .... so I return it in the kitchen. Then the waitress comes to tell me that it's normal that it's been rosé because it's a knife steak. Then I explain to her that there is a difference between rosé and raw, that one was very bad times because she denied it. short the steak is coming when everyone had finished eating ... it was cracked and infect!!! hallucinating for a burger 20€!!! even no excuses or a discount on the note!!! I strongly advise you this restaurant . moreover the table behind us was very unhappy. It was expensive, thawing and mediocre servers.
