we went on a Sunday for a fast meal as we were busy all day, so we could be one and out for a fast meal. it took some time until the meal arrived. both meals were not properly cooked. the waitress was new and fought (not a problem normally) and did not check whether our meal was in order, what I thought was one of the first things to be taught. we heard the kitchen had to fight. we had a problem to win the attention... The sage and onion chips were too salty and the crumble on the desserts was undercooked.
This restaurant is family-oriented with competitive prices. The staff is excellent, and the ambience is welcoming. The menu offers a good variety of options for all tastes, including vegan, vegetarian, and meat dishes.
My friend and I had a wonderful meal at this restaurant again today. I use a wheelchair, and as I approached the entrance, an employee kindly opened the doors for me. It was a warm and friendly greeting. We were seated in the bar area, which had ample space for my chair. The staff were all friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The variety of dishes offered was great, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Highly recommended.
On a busy Sunday, we decided to have a quick meal at this restaurant after a long day. We had made a reservation to ensure a quick service but unfortunately, there was a delay in getting our food. Both of our meals were not cooked properly. The waitress seemed inexperienced and didn't check on the quality of our meals. We overheard that the kitchen was struggling with the workload. It was difficult to get anyone's attention and we had to wait until the end of the meal to express our concerns. The manager did deduct some amount from the bill due to the issues we faced, but we would have preferred a better dining experience overall. The delays also caused us to be late for an appointment.
We enjoy dining at the Harvester or getting takeout. The food is delicious, especially the salads, and the waitstaff is very friendly.
