The food is decent and the staff is friendly however this is the sister location to their Country Cook N at the circle in Epsom and the menu is the same but the food isn’t even close. Much better food and portion sizes at the Epsom location. I will certainly return to this location but I think their Epsom location is just a notch above.

Food was cold, the people that came in after us got their food first, strawberries were still frozen, pancakes were extremely hard , water tasted like toilet water, and we’re told because of the time we couldn’t order certain meals. service was good but you need a new chef , and maybe invest in some heating lamps , just a thought. i’ve never had a worse experience here and usually the food is pretty good

We stopped in at The Eggshell Restaurant for breakfast. The restaurant is set for “Seat Yourself” casual dining. I must say, they make a great pot of coffee and all of the food was delicious and generously portioned. We enjoyed eggs served with bacon, sausage, Texas toast and perfect homemade home fries. A side of corned beef hash and a tall glass of OJ rounded off a great meal. Our Server, Kelsey, was very pleasant and attentive; and we appreciated that the food was served promptly. Gabby, another Server was also helpful.Well, would we recommend this restaurant? The answer is… Yes, absolutely! We plan to return for some more good eating! Also, reasonable prices. *Restaurant closes at 2 pm.

Really good restaurant not far from the Nascar track. If you have a chance to stop and have breakfast do it it's worth

Cute place, kinda rustic, the women's bathroom was... ugh.i had a veggie omelette, which was a bit undercooked for my liking but had a nice amount of veggies. the toast was thick, seemed homemade and delicious. Hashbrowns were crispy and lovely. My daughter had blueberry pancakes which she said were yummy. the coffee was good. Our waitress was a gem, so friendly and attentive. The price was good, about $20 for both of us.Overall a nice little spot, cute, cozy and inexpensive. However if you like your omelette not runny, perhaps ask for it cooked a bit longer. Vegetarian options: I had a veggie omelette, there were breakfast items that were meatless. Parking: There is somewhat limited parking, we went on New years day when the other businesses in the plaza were closed.
