Woman at the drive through told me she was the only one there and she couldn’t fill my order, i never got refunded on a 8 dollar order even after contacting the regional manager she told me to show them the email and they would refund me but they wouldn’t honor it, place sucks Food: 1

Too bad I didn’t have time to go in and make them give me what I ordered. They are lazy and this is not the first time they have done that. I always tip nicely too. It doesn’t matter if there’s two cars ahead of you it’s still 10 minutes to pick up a mobile order. I don’t dare order the food anymore since it’s mostly wrong. Don’t add anything extra because you will not get it. 22 minutes in drive-through line today. Seriously, just go to any other location Food: 1
