High house, we had a pleasant time, excellent price, do not hesitate to stop, you will not regret.

We eat here at least 4 times a year, when we are in the area. Very fresh, great tasting daily menu. Friendly owners and a nice small local setting.

Is worth a visit to this small inn a menu for 16 euros that from home we eat very well and local family kitchen a feast

We stopped at this roadside Auberge in the little village of Sainte Croix near Louhans as it looked a pretty little village and we could park right outside. We had been driving for four hours on the Route Nationale in our classic Woodie Morris so needed a break! We saw the set lunch menu at 13 euros and decided to stay for lunch. Inside was full up with workmen so that was a good sign, it was sunny so we sat outside. We had a delicious Italian style salad starter with lovely olives, mozzarella ham and salad leaves. Lovely french bread, 1/2 litre of cote du Rhone red wine included. Main course we had steak and chips which was so tasty and not chewy at all. Desert was a delicious strawberry clafoutis and coffee was included as well!!

Excellent table, home cooking, delicate sauces, unbeatable quality ratio, the restaurant is full every noon, all the workers who work in the corner come and that, it's not wrong. Go and see your eyes closed!
