Waited for 4 minutes while in the store and it was only myself. He was so into making an online order, he didn't see me enter. He basically said he would be with me shortly after he finished his last sandwich and he did not. I had to say something to him and even began to walk out before he stopped to do what I needed and that was, serve me. He was lazy and didn't want to go back to retrieve what was needed to be refilled so I threatened to leave again. The only reason why I remained after waiting was because my best friend and daughter also wanted a sub. We got 3 sandwiches and I made up in my mind while there, I will not support that location again.
The owner doesn't seem to care about the rude behavior of his employees! I didn't receive my receipt, and after being told I wasn't charged for my drink, they attempted to throw it away.
Additionally, when I needed to use the restroom, it was locked. I asked her for the key, and she told me the bathroom was cleaned, implying that I would have to clean it if I used it. I explained that the bathroom is meant for use, and it's never going to be completely clean. However, she refused to let me in. I tried to contact Subway's customer service and reached out to the store manager, but I couldn't get through to anyone. This lady should not be working in a service role; she treats customers disrespectfully and lacks basic customer service skills. Just making sandwiches shouldn't be enough to hire someone. Customers deserve to be treated with respect.
