Overall good restaurant. Clean and good customer service does not have shredded cheese
The owner doesn't seem to care about the rude behavior of his employees! I didn't receive my receipt, and after being told I wasn't charged for my drink, they attempted to throw it away.
Additionally, when I needed to use the restroom, it was locked. I asked her for the key, and she told me the bathroom was cleaned, implying that I would have to clean it if I used it. I explained that the bathroom is meant for use, and it's never going to be completely clean. However, she refused to let me in. I tried to contact Subway's customer service and reached out to the store manager, but I couldn't get through to anyone. This lady should not be working in a service role; she treats customers disrespectfully and lacks basic customer service skills. Just making sandwiches shouldn't be enough to hire someone. Customers deserve to be treated with respect.
I used to visit this place regularly, but things have changed. The owner has become quite greedy, as they no longer accept any coupons from Subway. The portions of vegetables and meat are very small unless you pay extra for more. It's disappointing, and to top it off, the staff doesn't speak English.
