When I arrived at my destination and o... read more Be cautious with your lattes at this restaurant. I ordered two lattes and three donuts. The matcha latte felt very light. When I arrived at my destination and opened the latte, I discovered that the cup was only half full. The donuts were placed in the bag frosting side down, creating a messy bag and upsetting three kids. This was not the best experience at Dunkin'.

Went in to order and decided to use the bathroom prior to placing my order and was stopped at the bathroom and told I couldn't use it because I wasn't a custome... read more Went in to order and decided to use the bathroom prior to placing my order and was stopped at the bathroom and told I couldn't use it because I wasn't a customer. You must place an order prior to using this bathroom. Did they expect me to carry my coffee into the bathroom as well to prove I'm a customer? How ridiculous is this! I decided in that moment I won't be a customer at all and walked out. Poor customer service on their part.
