When I opened the bag, however, I was met with a cup full of mayo and ketchup inside the sandwich. While I could still eat the patty since it wasn't affected by the condiments, the rest of the meal was ruined. I ended up searching through the bag and, ultimately, had to go to bed hungry. I visited this restaurant over the weekend, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The bathroom was dirty on both Saturday and Sunday. On Sunday, they could only offer fried food, as they weren't able to prepare anything that needed to be grilled. There were no signs indicating this beforehand. If you're looking for a good experience at Jack in the Box, I would advise against visiting this location. I waited 10 minutes for an order that should have been ready in just 5. During that time, I noticed the entire crew gathered behind the counter without any sense of urgency, just standing around. When I requested some ranch cups to accompany my meal, the cashier informed me that they charge 27 cents per sauce. Given the poor service, it seems like they might be going through some tough times. I can only suggest that you grab your food elsewhere. My coworker also gave this restaurant a second try and ordered the spicy monster tacos twice, but both times he received the regular monster tacos instead—definitely a sign of ongoing challenges.

The truth is, the food was not good, it took a long time to arrive, and the service was quite controlling, particularly from the person who claimed to be the manager. Food was good but customer service was the worst I ever received. Very rude manager. They changed for every condiment. The restroom was very as well as the dining area. The employee were more focused on the drive thur then the dine in customers. One customer got mad from waiting and left. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast
