Aurora’s #2 - Lost Hills
Aurora’s #2
Description
Located conveniently next to a Pilot gas station, this food truck is a mixed bag, offering decent tacos and burritos perfect for travelers seeking an alternative to fast food. While some dishes, like the quesabirria and carne asada burritos, received praise for their flavor, others fell short due to pricing concerns and inconsistent quality. The atmosphere features outdoor seating in a shaded area, fostering a casual vibe. However, customer service experiences vary greatly, with some patrons highlighting negative interactions. Ultimately, it's a reasonable pit stop, though not without its drawbacks.

I don't understand why the prices are so high if they are going to be like that at least the food has to be good not only do you have to raise the prices and there already has to be a reason why they are so expensive maybe they are so high for the simple reason that the people who are bored of eating fast food have no other option but the truth is, I think a hamburger would be better than this meal to finish it, they don't even have a menu, you have to feel like it Raza, you don't have to charge, you just have to show love to what they eat, there is it goes
Tacos are great. Try the cabeza, it's good. The chicken quesadilla was too salty. Would be better if there is some veggies. Maybe that's it's style. Two tacos and quesadilla costed $22. Overall, it's a food dessert in that region, I would go only if I'm super hungry. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
Had their tacos carnitas oh my goodness everything was fresh hand made. The taste was excellent the carnitas was well marinated, fresh onions and salsa Verde. Hands down one of the best taco trucks I have been to in a long time. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10
This looked like the only place to eat among all the fast food offerings and we were not disappointed. Delicious corn tortillas with carnita. You add your own beans from a crockpot if desired. Good green sauce but pico de gallo would’ve been great. Suggest 2-3 tacos person. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10
