Chili's Grill - Los Lunas

Food was ok but cool to the touch. And items were missing had to chase Waitress down to correct. There were 2 other tables not busy at all. Waitress never came back for check Just a meal. Sadly usually good tip . Was Zero.

I haven't stopped at this chili's in quite a while, so we stopped in for lunch, and I could tell something was different from the start from the attitudes with the employees,how empty a lot of it was,we should have left but I was hungry and we were already there so we got a table. After the waitress took our drink order, it took her a while to bring them out,I sent in an order for chips and salsa and dip, which was a bad idea because the salsa tasted like tomato sauce and the dip tasted liked refried beans but our drinks were good,we get our order finally and his burger wasn't cooked right,the fries could stay in the fryer a little longer and my chicken was a bit dry but I at least had ranch lol ? then I had messed up because I first placed my order I didn't know what I was getting myself into yet,I had placed a order to go and I was stuck with it but once again ranch came to the recuse lol ? I will give them credit for the cheese cake,that was bomb now wherever they got that omg that was great ? I will always give credit for how clean everything was,great job ?

I went to celebrate my birthday and I loved it until the girls who work there sang to me in the morning, thank you

Bartender sucked. She wasn't attending our table for nothin. The bartender wouldn't let us sit where we wanted to sit because she was pre-closing the area an hour before closing. Really bad attitude and lazy. She said that the table we wanted was dirty. It wasn't dirty she had wiped 3 of 4 tables in the row and left the ckeaning supplies on the 4th table. Even it had been dirty i know how to use a rag if its so damn hard for her. We had to stop on the freeway to get a meal because of the time of day but if in this area again we'd go to Applebee's just down the street. With that kind of service and attitude you can't help but think you're in a scene of the movie Waiting. Perhaps our burgers were used to clean the kitchen floor before being served. Next time we're driving through around 8pm we'll be heading to Applebee's.
