Arby's - Los Lunas

Food's 4 stars! But it's the employees that are the reason for only 3 stars. Very impolite, almost seemed like I was bothering them for being in their restaurant ordering food.

My sister ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich at this restaurant and took a few bites before realizing that the middle of the sandwich was still raw. She was so disgusted that she started gagging in the car.

The food was good, but I was very disappointed with my last visit. I paid for a cookie and was handed a smashed one, with the server telling me they were all smashed.

The food was good but a bit expensive, as usual. I ordered small and large jalapeño bites but only received one jalapeño bite and one mozzarella stick. I didn't realize the order was wrong until I got home, and I didn't want to go back to Arby's. It was frustrating, especially since it was a small order.

With the ever increasing price of fast food, at least it still looks and tastes like food. There was quite a line at the drive thru, but they moved people along, and was back on the road in 8 minutes.
