The food was cold and we had to return the soup. We kept our main course so as not to be a bother. I arrived waited 15 minutes for a seat with nobody even in the store got seated took forver to get my drinks in ordered wings and a salad and a steak and my steak was well done when i said medium rare and the wing was super chewy the food tasted awful in general and the employees are just slow bad View all feedback.
I've had better. Ordered a steak medium well. The steak was medium rare. They took it back twice didn't finish steak. My friends whom I went with had already finished their steak meal.
During my recent visit to the bar, I experienced exceptionally poor service from the bartender, which was quite surprising as I'm accustomed to receiving excellent customer service wherever I go. Not only was I treated rudely, but I also observed similar behavior towards other patrons. This disappointing experience has left me with no desire to return to the establishment in the future.
Received the wrong order yesterday curbside pick-up
I had lunch on Sunday with a friend. The service was terrible. He got our order wrong and my friend had to eat his take out because his food order was not taken. It was a terrible inconvenience.
Our family came to enjoy dinner at your establishment this evening and we watched multiple tables get there after we did and leave prior to our meals being served. We understand you guys were slammed tonight and that gives a lot of leeway. I do want to acknowledge the server Muriel! She was not our server but went above and beyond to help us get service! She deserves 5 stars for all she did tonight! You have a lot to work on but this server isn't one of the fixes that needs fixing! Hopefully for our next experience she'll be available! Muriel you are amazing!
