I'll be short and clear: -Franco primer rations (rationing) -A price to scam foreigners. -Long waiting times. -Mistaken requests. -Little staff involvement. -Sauces, potatoes, etc., with external payment. Spend your money on something else. Save your money, don't do like me. I only recommend one dish, the one you have at home or in a well-known, trusted restaurant.
