Starbucks - Los Gatos

This place is always closed! And they don?t update their hours on google maps so it becomes a waste of time to travel there only to realize they?re just closed. I?ve been a regular customer here and when they?re open, they have great service. But I think being closed inconsistently like this for weeks now is very problematic and disorganized. At least you could be closed in the afternoon or mornings, not at some random interval of time.

Has the traditional menu options of every Starbucks. However, the music selection is great. People are nice and friendly. Never criwded but well staffed.

Luke is the best!! super kind and fast. He's always working too, he needs a raise. The cafe area is really nice, though there could be more seating. Almost always busy, especially now that they closed that other one

Krystal was absolutely amazing this morning! Cracking jokes laughing and being so helpful throughout the chaos. About 15 people in line and tons of mobile orders. She?s a rockstar!

Good experience, fast service. I think I got my drink maybe 30 seconds after ordering Luke(? made it very well
