Lazy management it has to be I've stopped her on different occasions and service is trash. I'm waiting 15 min for a black coffee every other starbucks turns around and pours the cup. This one just stares at you. View all feedback.

The place is very nice, they only made a mistake with the double smoke.
They get the order wrong sometimes. The drive-thru is extremely slow.
