This was likely the worst Cheese Chili Cheese Fries I've ever encountered. The flavor seemed as if the cheese and chili were stale and just microwaved. After finishing the top layer, I found that the rest of the dish was devoid of chili and cheese. View all feedback. What User likes about Rally's:
