Deli Delicious - Los Banos

I usually love this place, but today my service was horrible. The workers were doing nothing but talking in the back, I specifically requested my server Veronica to omit certain toppings off my sandwich, and repeated twice an adittion I wanted to another sandwich. I was charged $3 additional dollars for an item I did not receive on my sandwich, and they were not toasted as I requested.

Never misses, same flavor every time, great customer service and amazing sandwiches and I recommend the beer battered fries :

The sandwiches are decent. The bread choices aren 't vast, I think I opted for white bread, if that tells you anything. I suppose what bothers me most, is, they charge extra for using a credit card. Yes, a credit card fee of 3.5%. Being nickled and dimed to death in our present society is really off putting. This is a perfect example. On top of that, if you order and sandwich to go, they 're looking for a tip. Togos is a better place to go, with shorter wait times and less hidden fees.

Food is delicious. But worse customer service. I place an order a while back for three sandwich to go and only got two. Didn't notice till I got home. I ask to have a manager call me back to get my refund and was told could not do it. She said would advise staff next time I place order to get my sandwich at no charge. I finally go back today and I'm told I could only get a $5 discount. I paid for a $10 sandwich and it never got replaced. Just upsetting manager did not keep her word. Just worse service ever....

Friendly staff. Great sandwiches . 3rd time going hear and will continue going. I ordered the ham and turkey.
