Starbucks is Starbucks (not a bad thing). But this one makes me wonder. This crew this morning were absolute ROCK STARS. Polite/Warm, yet machine like efficient (at super high volume), and just generally on it. At home, I laughed when I heard the details of the striking locations (having been to them and experienced consistent meh). I wonder what the difference is here? Did these guys have to strike? Do they just hire better folks? Gotta be some secret sauce here but wonder if it’s scalable.

Nice Starbucks, friendly people, several hot Breakfast-All-Day items. Pumpkin Spice Lattes were back! Restrooms have code locks but there was a line so the person in front of me just held the door open. All looked clean. Some outside seating but this area gets very hot in summer. Excellent customer service by a young man whose disposition was amazing, bright smile and genuinely willing to provide a great customer experience. Quiet environment, respectful staff.
