while the regular café menu does not add too many vegan options (although they vegan cheese recently, which is great) the hot bar in the marketplace is amazing. they have a rotating selection of foods and most of them are vegan. the server have always been very knowledgeable what is vegan and what is not. they pick up the food, download the tablet and pay after weight. the avocado toast is a “a la carte” charge, but... What User doesn't like about Zinc Café Market:
a vegetarian restaurant that records gluten-free products, but refuses to label for vegans. when I asked what vegan is on the menu, the staff said some elements that we can take out the cheese and some we can't. So... what is vegan on the menu!? there were only two items that the personal as already vegan could point out and wanted me to make an application for other items before she told me if it could even be made... Another great experience, my order was incorrect but they got my correct order out quickly and comped my meal, which was very nice.
A fantastic vegetarian restaurant that even meat eaters love!
The waitstaff at ZINC was delightful and welcoming, albeit a little forgetful. We had to remind them twice about missing items that we had ordered. However, overall, we had a lovely brunch experience at ZINC.
Didn 't notice that the menu was vegetarian when we made the res, but was very pleasantly surprised when we gave into the no meat idea and dove into the delicious menu. We want to go back now, just to try a few other items that we thought sounded good.
We dined at Zinc Cafe during our trip to LA. The vegetarian food was excellent and the atmosphere was great.
