Zankou Chicken - Los Angeles

Best salads and bird. So good. Every time I ask for utensils and plates (Im renovating and have no kitchen) they never send them. Otherwise, near perfect. $50 for a full chicken meal when you use door dash, gimme a damn plate.

Enjoyed the chicken, the garlic sauce and the tritip schwarma!

Do not sleep on zankou chicken like all the time I drove through the giant z. if you want to share, I recommend the $16.99 combi plate with two different grilled kebab meat. we chose the schish kebab and the chicken kebab. they do not come on a spit, so they are easier to eat with a fork and a knife. the plate also comes with rice, roasted tomatoes, swirling, a Mediterranean salad with cucumber, swirling and tomato, along with hummus, garlic butter and pita brot. everything was delicious, and I was very impressed by how well both the schish steak and the huh were cooked from an apparently inconvenient hole in the wall restaurant. the wobbles were under the meal and very intensive, so make sure they first mix. do not let them look fool them, there is great quality in, just not blocked behind someone in the Tandem parking lot.

Very friendly staff many options to choose from and very clean. A bit on the expensive side, but the food is really good. Many tables to sit and enjoy your meal. I was waiting for an hour, a few blocks away and it was very quiet.
